NFL Network to “Replay” Saints-Panthers Game Wednesday

Posted by NewOrleansSaints.com on 10/11/2011 – 6:47 pm

The NFL Network’s NFL Replay show will showcase the Saints’ 30-27 win against the Panthers Wednesday, Oct. 12, at 7 pm CT.

Saints quarterback Drew Brees threw a six-yard touchdown pass to running back Pierre Thomas with 50 seconds remaining in the game to lift New Orleans to a 30-27 come-from-behind win over the Carolina Panthers. Carolina quarterback Cam Newton threw for 224 yards and accounted for three touchdowns, including a five-yard touchdown to Greg Olson with 12:23 left in the game to give the Panthers the lead. Brees responded by completing eight of nine passes on the final scoring drive to lead the Saints to their fourth consecutive win.

NFL Replay offers an exclusive look at four of the previous week’s games in a condensed, 75-minute, high-octane format. With the use of bonus NFL Films and NFL Network footage, including never-before-seen camera angles and coaches’ commentary, combined with exclusive wired sound from the field, locker rooms and sidelines, viewers will experience the game like never before.
